We are looking for a full time, reliable, caring Assistant Care Supervisor who wants to make a difference by contributing to providing the best care possible at all times. To support the Care Supervisor and care management team in delivering consistently high-quality, person-centred care to residents. The Assistant Care Supervisor provides daily operational support, assists in overseeing shift delivery, helps manage rotas and shift cover, and carries out designated duty manager responsibilities.
This role holds direct responsibility for delivering Moving & Handling (M&H) training and competency assessments across the home, supporting staff inductions, and ensuring high standards of safety, dignity, and regulatory compliance.
Starting salary £15.75 per hour. Alternate weekend working will be required. 42 hours per week.
